Roy S: Please be informed that since the drive does not have dashboard and you are trying to map the public share so you don’t need to login with the registered user. Open Control Panel > User Accounts and go to the Credential Manager. Transfer all the content from your current My Cloud to the new My Cloud Home. Download all your content from a public cloud service (Dropbox, Box, One Drive, etc.) to your My Cloud Home device. Take a photo or video and save directly to your My Cloud Home device.
